Update: Nokia E75 ganha novo firmware V200.12.51

O celular Nokia E75 ganhou uma nova atualização do seu firmware para a versão V200.12.51, que ainda não está disponível para download por meio do programa Nokia Software Updater, nem pelo OTA, mas que em breve deverá estar liberado para download. O que mais impressionou foi a lista de correções, melhorias e novidades, que está realmente muito grande, como podemos ver no texto a seguir:

Nokia E75 x 5800: Quem ganha esta briga?

Estou com uma interessante briga interna entre os aparelhos da Nokia E75 e o 5800 XpressMusic, pois gosto muito dos dois modelos, mas vejo que cada lado possui vantagens interessantes que fazem uma boa diferença. Do lado do 5800 XpressMusic com sua grande tela touch, pacote de músicas do Comes With Music, 16GB de memória no microSD e sistema operacional mais moderno. Agora no E75 tenho um belo teclado QWERTY, Quick Office completo, possibilidade de carregar a bateria por meio da porta USB do computador e um acabamento em metal muito superior e robusto.

Gosto muito da série E, mas após utilizar um aparelho com tela touch, às vezes fica muito difícil ficar sem este recurso, mas por outro lado minha produtividade é muito maior com um teclado QWERTY, o que me leva a crer que a melhor saída seria a utilização de um Nokia N97, que seria uma espécie de 5800 turbinado e com o teclado que me faz tanta falta!! Apesar de abrir mão do tamanho compacto e do acabamento excelente do E75, acho que no futuro esta poderá ser a melhor saída para ficar com um único aparelho mais completo!

Nokia E71 x E75: Vale a pena trocar?

Hoje durante o lançamento do novo Nokia E75 eu comecei a avaliar se realmente vale a pena trocar o E71 por este novo modelo, e a melhor forma de fazer isto é colocando os pontos positivos e negativos de cada modelo na balança para tentar chegar no modelo preferido. Então vamos fazer uma breve e objetiva comparação com os prós e contras de cada modelo!!

Nokia E71:

Prós:
- Mais fino
- Bateria de 1500 mAh
- Sem partes móveis
- Não precisa abrir para utilizar o teclado
- Acabamento muito robusto com partes em metal
- Conexão via IR (será que alguém ainda usa?)

Contras:
- Entrada de fone de ouvido 2,5mm na lateral e precisa de adaptador para fone comum
- Não possui botão dedicado para a câmera
- Teclado numérico muito pequeno
- Não roda games do N-Gage e outros que não são compatíveis com a tela no modo paisagem

Nokia E75:

Prós:
- Entrada de fone de ouvido padrão 3,5mm na parte superior do aparelho
- Botão dedicado para a câmera
- Teclado QWERTY
- Teclado numérico com bom tamanho e que pode ser usado sem a necessidade de abrir o slider do aparelho
- Excelente acabamento, com um slider com uma aparência muito firme e robusta
- Compatível com o N-Gage e a maioria dos games que rodam em aparelhos S60 3rd
- Acelerômetro
- Pode carregar a bateria pela porta USB
- Ótimo pacote de acessórios com 4GB de memória, carregador veicular e fones de ouvido com fio e bluetooth
- Sistema operacional atualizado

Contras:

- Um pouco mais grosso do que o E71, mas é mais estreito (praticamente o mesmo peso)
- Bateria de 1000mAh
- Teclado Slider (parte móvel), apesar de ter uma aparência muito robusta

No meu ponto de vista, acredito que para trabalhar ou para quem gosta de enviar muitas mensagens SMS, e-mails, twitter e acessar a internet e redes sociais, o E75 pode ser uma escolha acertada, e colocando as vantagens e desvantagens de cada um na balança, o novo modelo é superior em vários quesitos.
